Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during this process, you can return later and access your application using your portal account email address and password. Please remember to save this information for future use.

Application Type Verbiage.

Choose the application type that best fits you:

1. Student with Guarantor - Choose this option if a parent, guardian, or other person will be financially responsible with you for your lease (also called a guarantor or co-signer). You only need to start one application. During your application, you'll be asked to provide your guarantor's information so they can complete their portion separately.

2. Student with Guarantor Waiver - Choose this option if you are a full-time student and do not have a personal guarantor or co-signer. You will be automatically enrolled in the Guarantor Waiver Program as an alternative way to meet the lease qualification requirements. Additional monthly fees apply.

3. Self Qualifying - Choose this option if you plan to qualify for your lease based on your own income and credit. You will be required to provide verifiable proof of income, which is typically 3x the monthly rental installment. This option replaces the requirement of having a guarantor or co-signer.

4. Student Under 18 Years of Age - Choose this option if you are under the age of 18. A parent, guardian, or other guarantor will be required as part of your application. You only need to start one application and will be prompted to add your guarantor's information during the process.
